Apples television set could be ready for launch as early as Q2 or Q3 2012, according to a DigiTimes report, citing supply chain sources.
Parts for the new TV will start shipping in the first quarter of 2012. Samsung is said to have already started making new chips for the TV in November 2011. Other reports say Sharp will make the TVs display.
